Knowledge of Russian language by staff. Polite staff, young guys. Clean rooms and room service. Free wifi
The food is mediocre. The hotel is 95 percent Russian-speaking

A really good all-inclusive hotel for the price. Wonderful and helpful staff, a varied menu, and located very close to the sea.
I'd like the rooms to be more thoroughly cleaned. The beach is a bit small for such a large hotel.

The food and drinks are very bad. The staff is well intentioned but very young and inexperienced. It's like you went to a hotel in Russia rather than a hotel in Antalya, the staff barely speaks Turkish.
